The inspection trip is there to allow you to view the country and the properties in an efficient and relaxed manner.

Prices

Depending on the length of your stay, the price for an inspection trip can vary between €373 and €800.

Length of Stay

If you are visiting just one area, for example the coast, a stay of 3 – 4 days is sufficient, however if you wish to visit more than one area, for example the coast and the ski resorts, it would be worth your while to allow for at least a weeks stay.


SAMPLE ITINERARY

Day One Collection at airport and transport to your accommodation

Day Two

Our representative will collect you at the hotel at a time that suits you. You will then be brought to view properties in Sunny Beach and Sozopol, if time permits. You will view both the developments and the surrounding areas. You will be brought back to the hotel at the end of that days tour

Day Three

Will follow a similar pattern to Day Two.

At your discretion, we can arrange for the agent to meet you for a second day of touring, and you could revisit any of the previous properties shown should you express an interest.

Day Four

Collection at the hotel and transport to the airport
